WINTECH shpk was established in March 2017, as a result of the request for the supply of doors and windows in the parent construction company VLLEZERIT ASLLANI, which was originally named VA-AL-PLAST.
The beginning of the activity started with a symbolic number of 4 workers, for the production and supply of doors and windows only for the needs of the company, but with the development of the company, the demand for supply in the local and international market has increased.

As a result of this market demand, the idea arises to have a more competitive name in the market, where at the beginning of 2020 the name of the company is changed from VA-AL-PLAST to WINTECH shpk.

Today, after a period of 4 years, WINTECH counts:
– The Technical Office with 5 engineers-architects of excellence,
– Procurement Office 3 professionals of the field,– Manager of 3 architect workshops,
– 90 workers in production, where we see a development both in manpower and in the advancement of machine technology for the production of doors and windows from PVC and Aluminum, the production of blinds, the production of glass facades and ventilation facades.

As a result of these professional developments-advancements and the demand for glass, in October 2020, the Factory for the processing of all types of glass, which is named WINTECH GLASS, begins work.
